Billing & Account Management — To process payments, manage security deposits, and enforce credit limits.

Law Enforcement & Regulatory Bodies: We are legally obligated to share subscriber details and IP log information with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) and the BTRC upon formal request.

Service Providers: We may share necessary transaction data with trusted third-party payment gateways to securely process your in-app payments.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information and network data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information and connection logs for as long as your account is active, and thereafter as legally required by Bangladeshi telecommunications regulations and tax laws.

Children's Privacy

The My Amber IT App and our services are not directed toward individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without proper consent, please contact us immediately.

AmberIT reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Effective Date."
